I am currently in the process of remolding the wife's old country home. The kitchen is the next project that I am going to be working on, and I would like to have an oven that is temperature controlled. The stove that I currently have is a gas model with 3 burners and an oven. The problem is, that the oven is not temperature contolled, you just turn the flame either up or down. Trial and error, a piece of shit for baking anything. I want an oven that will let me bake bread, pork and beef roast, chickens and anything that needs a constant temp. I have seen at HomePro, different ovens, but am not quite sure what they all do. A convection oven would be great, as would a built in model. A countertop model would be allright also. Can anyone give me some help on choosing a model??
