| New Design Competition Brief - Land: 20m x 30m lot maximum size. - 2 or three storey home - Cost: Not to exceed 7 million without interior furnishings and landscaping - Location: Urban, ie. Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai Customer Profile - Farang male - business owner, Thai female - marketing exec. age: 35 - 45 yrs - 2 teen aged children - 2 Cars - Maid lives on premises - Want an energy efficient design. Couple wants something contemporary and unique. They love to cook and entertain at home. Love art and collecting. These people are not conservative! They are concerned about security. Competition - Design in any format - 10 points total: give points for plan and overall design. Judging weighted on plan 60%, overall design 40%. - Can submit as up to 3 designs or variations as you like. - Time period for design: 6 weeks - Time period for judging: 1 week - Prize: ???? Comments and/or suggestions please! I'm sure I've overlooked something. Who wants to join? |

| I don't know, but I think 1 design per entry is better, easier to judge by comparisons, .....and more fair all around, esp for the contestant who doesn't have much free time. That would be my preference....but UP to YOU |

| I done mine 30m street frontage. Finished last night. But I ain't going to be the first....hate coming first.....unless its winning. But I always come second. |
