Before I go in for my hip replacement I will try and get it finished and posted. After that I am not going to be able to sit at the computer for quite a while.
The family in the brief are dream clients for an architect. You can really let loose.

Beautiful modern design! I would be concerned about the orientation of the upper level. This way, the bedrooms will get the full evening sun load and therefore were hot.

hmm...I thought you said it's for an unban lot, in thailand, with neighbour all 3 sides for this not so big lot. And you didn't mention it has any view.

However your design esp for upper floor has large area of clear glass windows on both sides and the back , and glass railing upper deck.
Clearly your house is designed with some views in mind.

Now I'm confused about the spec sheet for the competition.

The focus is clearly the infinity pool, mooncake. And the lot is 2200 x 2800. Just because it is an urban lot doesn't mean it can't have a view.
