This home bordering the Nan River is located near my plot of land outside of P-lok. Keep in mind that this is a rather poor farming village. However, this is the fanciest home around period! On the right side of the home on the hill is a waterfall that begins outside and ends up being a stream winding its way through the home. What is also amazing is the 3 meter x 4 meter glass wall where one can view the fish that swim by.
This home also has a gigantic electronically operated teak bar!
Total price to build B22 million!I mention this because the budget for our upcountry home is about B2 million. And we will have a nice home...

2 million would be quite a nice house out in the sticks, ie hot water, aircon etc, although i have to admit i do like the idea of a glass wall with a stream behind it, but alas that is a bit out of my price range
