   | Nice home near Saphan Hin This home bordering the Nan River is located near my plot of land outside of P-lok. Keep in mind that this is a rather poor farming village. However, this is the fanciest home around period! On the right side of the home on the hill is a waterfall that begins outside and ends up being a stream winding its way through the home. What is also amazing is the 3 meter x 4 meter glass wall where one can view the fish that swim by. This home also has a gigantic electronically operated teak bar! Total price to build B22 million!  I mention this because the budget for our upcountry home is about B2 million. And we will have a nice home...
