    detailed plan

hi everyone, been on here for a while now and dont post a lot, dont know why???,but as i was rambling through the post i came across a link for floorplanner.com,and as we are planning to build in udonthani, all going well, thought i would try my hand at a plan,(not my thing), and came up with this one,

My first project | powered by Floorplanner.com

i would like to know if there is somewhere i could get full plans of this made up in udonthani, when iam over in october, and some of your thoughts, good, bad etc, i know it needs to be tweaked a bit and the pool etc are there as a dream for the momment, also any info on how much the cost for the basic house would be helpfull, the gf has 2 bits of land 1 rai each, but not seen them yet, but asures me you could build no problem ,any help would be great, thanks,
p.s if anyone wants to meet up when iam over for a few beers would also be good!!!!!.
    Dum Spiro Spero !!!

Nice little place Duggie, were you influenced by the Flintstones for the exterior wall?

If your looking at the pictures of the guys in the football kit, the young guy is Alan's son.

Lots of wasted space in the hall and the outside rockery. Could improve on room size. Let's see version 2.0

Solly, approx 104 square meters about 650, 000 baht inc wall around just the house and pool. Price does not inc pool, but does inc kitchen and bathrooms.

Did you really want all that ouside area? Go for another bedroom or an undercover terrace, mama and papa will appreciate the bedroom when they move in.

I really don't understand why anyone would build in Udon, in my village there are bout 25 houses for sale, nearly every one as a result of marital breakdown except for 7 brand new ones that have been unsold for up to 5 yrs.
The house I advertised for a friend was built less than a year ago for close to 6,600,000 now he's trying to sell for 4.6 mill without a sniff.

If you use this guy convince him to use AAC blocks as he still likes to use small red blocks.

The 6.6 MThb house mentioned by PtP must be quite a mansion built in Udon!

That is a good budget to make something exeptionnal there, in the middle of Nwe...

Buy something existing. Cheap at moment. Buy off a farrang and transfer funds for the deal outside of Thailand. This allows the vendor to get the money out of Thailand easily, it's a good bargaining tool.
