| ain't finished it yet..... But you could use the under terrace section as a carport in the first half and the back half for the panrty/cellar etc and have the entrance between the water tank, beside the kitchen so to speak. Would be wise to divide the tank into 3 or 4 sections anyway in case of failure, so easy to build an entrance in the middle.

| Originally I did the plan in "ft", as here in the US this is the std. But below is the dimension in "meter" roughly - for the BREEZEWAY.... ...w/ the scale bar at the bottom FOR REFERENCE. All dimensions are adjustable based on the local std materials. Forget the location of those foundation posts, ...as I was placing them all over just for "the presentation - purpose only"., ...coz I haven't done any calculation on their sizes & locations, esp,with the roof weight on it. | ^ Ahh, ok. So your design isn't standard for Thailand with it's standard 4m grid post & beam construction methods. Larger beams would have to be made to span the master bedroom and living room. |
