   | Is masonry ie stone a common product to get your hands on in Thailands northern reaches,that is if one wanted to build with stone for foundation or even as part of the wall? Are the costs reasonable and what type of rock is it porous, sedimentary etc? ^ ^looks like a very pleasant tranquil place to be, good luck! open living is the most free form and natural ways to build in thailand if it werent for those pesky pests i would consider having everything outside(except they seem to like biting my legs).
