    D. on your way to town there is a shop on the right just past the road to Khao Kho, where there is now a lumber yard and then a hardware shop next to what used to be a food shop, in there they sold me a good quality one that is rebuildable and it has been in our lower bathroom for years now and had to get internal parts once,
ya know with only rain water in the tanks and no well we had to really watch leaking and faulty valves and toilet tank valve leaks.

Yes, but it's the body of the taps that are cracked, y'know right down the length of one side (same side, actually). I thought maybe they were joined there and the join was no good.

OK, if it is similar to the ones in the picture then just replace them.
Prices for crappy ones start at 19 baht
Get some better ones for about 60 baht, Aswa brand I think I bought last time.

I found that the grit in the water, over time was preventing a good seal. Unscrewed the end of the gun,(after turning off the main supply) cleaned it out a little. Sems to be working fine now.

Aaaw, sweet, but no worries, I'll get someone in. Will buy the sodding taps, myself, though.

^ You can do it, NR. I used to fix all the plumbing like that in my Thai house. Just ensure you shut the water off before you start taking sh*t apart.
