Rendering and concreting, getting it level

Don't want your newly built wall to have bows and curves in it? Your new concrete floor you want level so water doesn't pool on it?

Well here is how its done in Thailand, chalk line it all up so you got some straight lines, chuck some cement on the wall or floor, and then make one of these, obviously these have to be at the same height or come out to the same level, do that every couple of meters then your builder probably can't go wrong.

NB; this will also be the area that the render or pour will dry the quickest and is most likely to suffer from cracking etc, so keep an eye on those mounds as your cement is drying off.

NB; Not needed if your wall is relatively straight to start off with and is your standard 4 meter span.
