Would you like to Build your own house in Phuket, or a swimming pool in Bangkok? Solar water heating in Pattaya? Or maybe you want to build a resort or guesthouse on Koh Samui? | Smooth Sakhon | Those virtual houses look great! Can you picture some table and chairs, sofas, a TV... I mean a real thing, to be placed in it... The answer is probably yes as you fotoshop, can you show a sample of that mix ? Virtual house and real picture furniture, bbq, car, whatever... |

| That's great Splitlid This may be your biggest challenge yet. For a start I would like stairs from the back of the house (road side) down to a dock in the water. with a door leading into the lower level on the way. A small dock parallel to the retaining wall. Retaining wall about 1m. high, and a small speed boat tied up to dock. I do not like the look of the roof and could use any suggestions for this (and anything else). I do want the front deck covered without taking away from the distant mountain view. Maybe a car in the driveway and a few more windows I assume the landscaping part will come later. Do your magic ![]()

| I see I have some new neighbours How about this roof ![]() For point of reference the upper deck will be about 8ft wide I now see it is a good idea to have about 1m of it sticking out from the house to protect the lower windows I am not to keen on the wall beside the stairs The dock looks nice, but due to building codes it can not look permenant If the house is to be built straight up from the retaining wall (an other code says it is supposed to be back a certain amount, but at this point I am assuming there will be a way around it) The house will be at least 1m+ higher than high tide. I am thinking of a small floating dock, but at low tide it could be as much as 4m lower than the top of the wall, and I have not thought of a way to easily get down to it. Maybe if I see the dock in, I will be able to figure something out. |
