New House project Manager needed Pak Chong

Will shortly be starting to build a house near Pak Chong and am looking for a Farang with building knowedge to generally oversee and advise on whether the job is being done more or less right
I am a realist and know that nothing is likely to be perfect but want to avoid the worst of problems.

What sort of salary? I know just the guy, he'll advise you of who the builders should be etc etc.

But he is a pro, so treating him like a TEFL'er sex tourist really won't work.

Pak Chong, Khao Yai area has many fine western style homes built by competent Thai builders. Suggest you look around the area and survey some of the homes. When you see one you like ask the owner to give you the builders number. Most are happy to do so and likely you will find an English speaking builder in that area.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.
