now this first pic is with the footings and ground beams in already, to the right you can see the cesspits, this will eventually end up as a resovior underground for the swimming pool, a garage, a pump room, maids room and bathroom, and of course on the second floor a deluxe guest house.

and here with have the beams up.

here we are getting ready to do the pour for the garage, see all that steel? thats to stop it collapsing into the resevior when he parks his suv in there, cos I think he would be a tad annoyed if it collapsed and ruined his suv.

here's a pic of the resevior half finished, notice the lovely tileing? I choose the color myself

although the access point is only about 80cm by 80cm, the tiles help waterproof it.

I think probably about 3 million, but most of that was for the finishing, ie jacuzzi, double glazing, foam insulation, fitted granite kitchenette, you know the sort of thing, the sort of thing that us normal ppl can't afford

Hell the 3 bed 2 bathroom bungalow I'm gonna build has to be under a million baht, and that will be all granite and marble inside, but alas not the 100,000baht jaccuzi but the 4,000baht bath, you know the sort of thing....
