| Elite Member | Big or small. My first picture thread! Well this is a picture of one of the houses I have designed and built over the course of the last 4-5 years and one which I will handing over to the customer next week. My wife and I are very proud of our achievements especially and before we started this business we had absolutely no building experience. I will be posting more pictures of our house designs showing the interiors and exteriors and if anyone has any questions or comments I would appreciate your input and opinions. I also love the build threads and as I am doing some major pool repairs I will also post the development work on TD and if anyone is interested. Also definately not trolling for work just want to share my experiences with the people on TD. |

| To be honest LT, I think the design is a bit boring and predictable, Not wishing to offend but, there you go. I had the pleasure of a entertaining evening out with Sabang earlier this week and he was kind enough to show me ariound his house, and thats one I could really live with, very nice place, but I will have to wait until the boat arrives. |

| Mrs. Chi is simple in taste thank goodness! She wants to know how much for the bungalow and the pool if we have land already. Or just the bungalow minus the pool. I can be cheapskate and hero all at the same time!! She says 9 bathrooms? the poor farang must have his wife's whole family living with them!

I actually don't like the house so much but my customer adores it. I actually sat down with him and done the basic layout and it turned out exactly as he wanted. Rented it to an American last week for 140k per month. Exactly what he was looking for also. Horses for courses and thats what makes this business (building and property development) so difficult. Building 4 more houses at the moment which I far prefer and I will post some pictures of these as well. | |
