ahhhhhh......Hey PC.. Right now it's rice paddy but, soon I'll be bulldozing it level and fencing it off to rear Brazilian cattle. Also, I'll dig out a large section in the rear near a canal for a fish pond/watering hole and use the fill for another property I have next to Puvian Mtn where I'll eventually build a new home. And, it has two rai length right on the main road.

    Anyway, WTF is a piccy?

Lot of us do get out. I visited my aunt Sue Ellen in another county other day. Last year, I went out of the state and visited my brother in California.

Joking aside, I have difficult time with metrics. Although most of the engineering manuals now days have both metrics and S.I. units, I use S.I. units. Surveys in the states are still done in S.I. units. I comfortable using either architectural scale or engineering scale both in S.I. units. I don't think I've seen metrics architectural or engineering scale.

As far as I know, U.S. will continued to use S.I. units with metrics unit for conversion if needed.
This has been a good topic for me. Thank you all for your input.

BTW, since it's going to be my first trip to LOS in February, I'm having a party at Lennie's in Pattaya on February 7. If anyone interested, please PM me so I can get a head count. It would be nice to meet you guys who are in the construction field since I have nothing to talk about except means and method of construction. That's all I know about life since I was a little pup.
