My better half and I have just recently purchased 1 rai of land in thriving Phuket, the biggest challenge to date has been to find a local and reputable builder in Phuket, those that I have found are quoting between 22,000 and 33,000 bhat. Does any body know a trust worthy and reasonably inexpensive builder who can produce a cradlle to grave project including landscaping and swimming pool constructions.

In pushing my luck for the quest of information, how much should it cost per sq mtr to build a european style two story house.
