    Construction contractor in CM

I am looking for a good construction contractor here in Chiang Mai as the one have been using is getting a little over zealous with the over/farang pricing..

Looking for somebody who can build me a big cement counter with granit or stainless steel top with a sink set in it against an existing cement wall.

If you know any i would appreciate the recommendation...

incidentally, if your contractor is good, try negotiating with him

my carpenter decided I should pay him three times the rate last time we used him. I just refused his offer and replied that "if he wanted the work it should be at the local rate". Well, my wife did. He originally refused but after a week came back with a much lower and reasonable costing.
    I have reported your post

How do you guarantee an estimate? I know you can guarantee a quote but I would never guarantee an estimate.

^the only way you can "guarantee" an estimate is to make it a cap

    Well spotted.

I suppose they are trying to say that the estimate will be accurate to within 10%
