What are they gonna do with it? Helicopter in one double wide American mobile home. They are about 16 or 18 feet by 50-58 feet and they have extensions that pop out of the side that increase the width.
Wedge that baby in like a sardine in a can.
At the moment just fence it off till he can buy one of the adjoining plots.
DD could be a good consultant for people coming and looking for some raw land and wanting to build, me thinks.

I know that mate, but its just the concept. Maybe I'm chicken to take a chance. Jomtien, Pattaya maybe, but a 6 story shop house there?

Not really, most people dont want to do short term lets.
At that rate it will be about 2 million for a rai, by the time he has finished buying up the other plots, if the rate is the same or only slightly higher. Not a bad price for that area.Originally Posted by dirtydog
