Cheap land near Pattaya

This land is inbetween Pattaya and Ban Chang, it is 4 meters wide and 20 meters long, I got to stick a fence round it, so how much do you think the guy paid for it?




50,000 baht, yep that is a bargain, even got real land papers with it

What are they gonna do with it? Helicopter in one double wide American mobile home. They are about 16 or 18 feet by 50-58 feet and they have extensions that pop out of the side that increase the width.

Wedge that baby in like a sardine in a can.

At the moment just fence it off till he can buy one of the adjoining plots.

Do people really buy such small plots of land? Isnt that 80sq meters?

yep it is 80 sq met, but the land around him has differant owners so he may get lucky
hell the place i rent is only on 60 sq met, but i got 6 floors

I know that mate, but its just the concept. Maybe I'm chicken to take a chance. Jomtien, Pattaya maybe, but a 6 story shop house there?

But I'd be happy to build him a fence.

I've been asking this for some time on sites. I'll try again. Is there any hope of renting a good villa (for 4 weeks )with a pool in the Jomtien or Pattaya area??

Not really, most people dont want to do short term lets.

At that rate it will be about 2 million for a rai, by the time he has finished buying up the other plots, if the rate is the same or only slightly higher. Not a bad price for that area.
