Probably best to ask to see some of his previous work looking at this mess in Jomtien, I really don't believe he could have done a worse job if he tried.
This is a speed bump in the road if you wondering what it was.

Any idea about lead content contained in interior and exterior paints used in Thailand for houses? Any brands better than another? Advisement appreciated.
Best brands of Thai paint is TOA, best brands from international companies are Dulux, ICI and Jotun, lead content I have no idea.
Prolly Drunk off his ass on Lao Khao whiskey.
its the paint brush he used nothing else
It's a good thing it's gated off so no one can drive through the wet paint. A walk along the road at dusk would have you thinking someone with white pants had been crushed on the pavement
The concrete work looks pretty stellar too
I reckon he poured it out and then sort of slopped it around with one of his flip flops, no need for an expensive brush!
looks like modern art..probably worth a fortune
