    Amnat Chareon House Build

I am going to start a house build in Amnat Chareon. We already have the land and going to start this year. I will get some photos of the land in the next post.

We where thinking a one story house. Most likely 2 Bedroom. Something on the lines of ootai. It will most likely be around 150 or so square meters.

Bit more than 150m but you might get some ideas here.

Having visited your place I can testify that it's a very fine home indeed, however I was wondering if, looking back over the years since you completed it you'd have done anything differently.

Hindsight is 20/20 but should have made a 3rd br by eliminating the front porch area. Never use the front porch and a 3rd br would be more useful and added little cost.

Thank you Norton. I was just looking at your home. Nice build. You aren't to far from Amnat either.

Just decided to axe my expanded porch in favor of a third bedroom. Your comments just clinched it!
