Need a builder in Pak Khat

After a numerous years visiting and spending one third of the year in Thailand I am taking the plunge into retirement. I have a block of land near Pak Khat in Nong Khai province and I am looking for a builder to build a house on 20mtrs by 14 mths. I have elevated the land to just above road level approximately 1.5metres of dirt/din. It's been watered almost daily and looks to have a settled a bit.
I want to build a wall around first before the rain comes and then wait till the rainy season stops before building. I don't want to manage the project because I just don't have the knowledge so I am looking for a good builder. Does anyone have any recommendations in this area.
