Thread: Garden landscaping

Guys

We have 2 houses (the dividing wall removed) in a typical thai new build village in Korat, near airforce base wing one. For 2 years we have tried in vain to find a reliable and competent builder to landscape the gardens. It hasn't helped that I was not full-time in Thailand. That is about to change, I am returning shortly on a one way ticket. I would still like to find someone to do the work when I get back but I am not optimistic that this will happen. DO YOU KNOW OF ANYONE IN THE KORAT AREA. Worst scenario, with the right guidance I can do the work myself. The main task is to tile most of the area but this means encasing the plumbing and tanks.

Can you assist/comment on the following:

- Concerned about potential leaks.
- Rough cost for non slip tiles.
- Retailer for materials.
- Rough cost for concrete per sq meter.
- Make up of concrete mix.
- Depth of concrete.

Might help the TD building/landscape experts if you provided a few key photos of the property or area in question.

I may get my ass kicked for this but there are forums that cover just Korat. You may get more help if you ask on there also.

Best place to buy building material is Do Home. Big selection, small prices. Most contractors in the area buy there.
