Build house in Ban Chang

Hi
Me and my (Thai) wife have a plot of land in the Phala area near Ban Chang, Rayong. We have had it some years now and it's time to plan the construction of a house. Anyone that can recommend a reliable housebuilder in that area?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

There have been some good building threads on here for that area. Have you searched the Thai construction forum for 'back issues'

SEA Traveller built his house in Ban Chang, and a beautiful house it is too. It's a pity that he doesn't frequent TD anymore.

I am interested in this same information. My Thai wife and I will move to Ban Chang in about 3.5 years. I don't have land yet but we will deal with that when we can

You would both be well advised to check the link posted by palexxxx. The author is a very switched on bloke and it's agood read with plenty of sensible and relevant advice.
