It's in Bumfuck, nowhere, locally also known as Phichit. Actually it may still have been inside Nakhon Sawan province in the Nong Bua area; for sure it was off highway 11 though. Weirdest thing I ever saw, at first I just thought 'heh, a green temple'; it was quite far from the road but thinking more about it I really got intrigued for some reason, did a U-turn and went back. Turned out it wasn't solid emerald but Heineken bottles.
