The strip is about 100m long or so. The shopfronts on the main road sell mostly re-claimed wood (from palettes etc) but there are a few workshop type set-ups where you can get them to make the stuff you want when you buy the timber.
If you cut through one of the shopfronts and onto the train track behind, about halfway down the strip (the 100m stretch - but at the rear) there is a really big yard which has a lot of different types of wood (For hardwood they have Mai Sak and Mai Daeng. All types of dimentions (upto /6m lengths).
Great little spot to get cheap but quality timber.
