Oh-oh, I didn't see any flowers, greenery attached to that first footing. Nor an offering table full of pig heads, chickens, fruit and rice.
This could be ominous.
But still a nice looking build !
My only real negative comment comes from the little video. It seems the central area (courtyard?) is all grey stones. I would think that's going to be hot on sunny days.
And why the separate stand alone residence on the side ? Won't that be a pain to go to & from when it's raining ?

That pad does look a bit on the large side, but every builder seems to do things a slightly different way. Probably due to the soil conditions, or what they think is a good idea at the time! Nice job there splitlid, keep it coming.
Koman- the footings are 1.2m x 1.2m yours look to be 1m x 1m
all footings done.
stub columns done, the soil can now be backfilled and beams prepared.
all back filled and compacted, steel for beams being installed.
more beams going in
steel completed and shuttering going in.
first set of beams poured.
second set being poured.
vibrating the concrete.
first fix plumbing going in, as well as termite protection.
shuttering being installed for slab to be poured.
got the machine to backfill the beam areas, boy getting the compactor ready to squash it all in hard.
were now out of the ground!!!
yeah, slabs poured.
Nice arrangement, would like something similar one day, when my boat finds a new home.
What are the measurement of each room? I see the sq m. wondering about dimensions?
as I said earlier, we went on go slow for a while and I had to concentrate on another job, so photographs were not taken for a few weeks.
when I did finally take some the build was up to this stage.
another one, the work was still slow at this stage.
you could see the roof steel in the foreground of the last pics, here it is all sprayed and erected and the fascia guys working hard.
roof tiles are waiting to be put on.
close up of fascia boards being installed.
last bit of block work being done, here's the pump room and toilet.
door and window openings.
couple more of the loof
the entrance is now being built, we was originally going to leave this open until the pool was installed, be we elected to cut a hole in the boundary wall and access the site that way and rebuild the wall once complete.
some of the windows have been prepared for rendering.
rendering has started. when we first started this build there was no house next door, that's what was keeping me busy, but with that complete it was full steam ahead.
Lucy loves the cool floor.
