Just wait until he starts to build his own house, you can take revenge easily

Oh-oh, I didn't see any flowers, greenery attached to that first footing. Nor an offering table full of pig heads, chickens, fruit and rice.

    This could be ominous.

But still a nice looking build !

My only real negative comment comes from the little video. It seems the central area (courtyard?) is all grey stones. I would think that's going to be hot on sunny days.

And why the separate stand alone residence on the side ? Won't that be a pain to go to & from when it's raining ?

That pad does look a bit on the large side, but every builder seems to do things a slightly different way. Probably due to the soil conditions, or what they think is a good idea at the time! Nice job there splitlid, keep it coming.

    No, offerings!!!! no Thais involved.

the house is basically 2 bedrooms, but for a couple. visiting friends and relatives can stay in the separate building and come and go as they please. it is not meant to be lived in permanently.

as I said earlier, we went on go slow for a while and I had to concentrate on another job, so photographs were not taken for a few weeks.
when I did finally take some the build was up to this stage.

the entrance is now being built, we was originally going to leave this open until the pool was installed, be we elected to cut a hole in the boundary wall and access the site that way and rebuild the wall once complete.

some of the windows have been prepared for rendering.

rendering has started. when we first started this build there was no house next door, that's what was keeping me busy, but with that complete it was full steam ahead.

    Lucy loves the cool floor.
