Above ground swimming pools I want a pool but my budget says no to building one. A mate has put me onto above ground pools by Intex. I'm looking at the 15ft by 42in metal framed one. http://www.bouncyhappypeople.co.uk/s...ls.asp?id=2273 (About 34,000 baht with a normal chemical set up or 58,000 with a chlorinator/salt set up) I intend cementing over some land and building a deck around the pool, so it will be a permanent fixture. Does anyone have any experience with these types of pool? Any input appreciated.

The physical properties of a cylinder versus a rectangle/square shape and the strengths blalh blah blah therefore the pool will only collapse when a right fat bastard jumps in. Alternatively it stops people like Mrs. Q pissing in the corners!

The one I'm looking at is a round one although they do do a rectangular one. This is the round one http://images.google.com/images?q=tb.../15ftframe.jpg And this is the rectangular one. http://images.google.com/images?q=tb...FRAME_POOL.jpg

ok I'll rephrase the question.... I'm going to have an erection in my backyard. Will the cover of said erection give sufficient protection over a prolonged period of robust entry and exit?
