Thread: Apple sues Samsung for 'copying' iPhones and iPad

I think Apple are taking a huge risk by seeking damages when only covered by their patent pending satus.

Then again it will not cost them a lot in legal fees and the publicity could be worth millions even if their case backfires.

I don't see how. Basically they've come out and said that Samsung products are as good as theirs (if not better).
