| I havent really been doing much out of the way surfing lately but I noticed this from Cool Websites, Software and Internet Tips Its a site where you can design your own original shirt, have it made and they ship worldwide, so if you cant quite get the shirt you want in a size or colour, or even if you cant be arsed with the sales patter from some of the Indian tailors check out Custom Dress Shirts, 7 Trillion Men’s Dress Shirts Custom Made As they are custom made they arent going to be cheap, $65+ but for those who might be of strange dimensions it might be worth it. Pretty neat idea, might see a few more of these spring up over the years.

This isnt the prettiest looking website but its got a few useful tools on it all related to time and date and quite snappily named timeanddate.com At first glance its a bit of a "hmmm, OK" but theres a useful tool for anyone with 90 day reporting to work out etc as theres a "What date is it in X days" tool along with international dialling codes and plenty of other stuff.

Amazingly for Adobe this comes free, they provide Acrobat Reader for free but most other stuff is going to cost an arm and a leg. Im posting this as I had the unfortunate task of using Microsoft Office on Vista the other day, fuggin awful to say the least. I havent tried this yet but lots of specky nerds on the internet say its good so it must be true. Its a free online word processor, you need to sign up but apart from that its gratis. Adobe Buzzword online word processor from Acrobat.com

If you've bought some sort of device and are getting a bit stuck with how to use it, the user manual can be used as a last resort, real people just push the buttons to see what happens. If you've lost your manual or god forbid its in some dodgy foreign language like Thai then check this site out. http://www.theusermanualsite.com/ Last edited by melvbot : 17-07-2009 at 02:44 PM.

Recently I posted the 50 most popular sites for 2009, according to Time. One of the sites I enjoy viewing is Vimeo ( http://vimeo.com/ ) it seems to be like a wanabe youtube, except it seems to attract people who like to post their videos in HD (high definition). If you do post on youtube with a HD camera you might want to think about posting at Vimeo also. Some examples of HD videos are listed below. After the videos starts click on the little like fan (arrows pointing in an outwardly direction) next to the volume control to view full screen. Hit the escape key or the little like fan again to reduce the video. Thai Noodle Soup http://vimeo.com/878044 Toronto Lightening Storm http://vimeo.com/6079135
