| Fancy upping your word count per post? Still struggling to find keys on your keyboard while someones making witty comments you want to reply to with lightning fast sarcasm? keybr.com | Typing at the speed of thought! It says spend and hour a day and you'll be typing 100 words a minute in a week. I tried it and quite like this site, although I doubt I'll spend an hour a day on it, more like 10 mins. It has improved my typing skills and im a bit less reliant on looking at the keyboard, throws some weird words at you to keep you on your toes.

| A few people have posted things like Firefox extensions for world clocks and timezones. This site is a Google maps mashup where you just click the country you want info on and it gives the local time, time difference from GMT, date, international calling code along with some other info like pictures from Flickr of the country. Theres also a text search where you can just type in the city. What time is it? Last edited by melvbot : 07-01-2009 at 04:17 PM. |

| Theres plenty of sites to test your up/down speed for your connection but gooooooogle has gone a bit further and partnered up with some bods to add a few more tools such as checking if your connection is being throttled/shaped for torrent downloads. Most of the test servers are US based so I just picked a random one. Use tools running on M-Lab to test your Internet connection. | M-Lab A bit more in depth than just a speedtest. |

| This site has a lot of documentaries to watch for free online, you might have the odd buffering issue so I started one, paused it for a while to let it load then watched it after 5 or so minutes of it loading. Top Documentary Films |

| This is quite a nifty route planner as it seems to work within Thailand. I see a few of these sites and have used them in the UK before but never really thought Thailand would be on someones list of places to do this for. Same as any route planner enter a start point then any other destinations and it will give you mileage, trip time and a map from Google maps. Major cities will work best of course and Im sure it will throw up the odd weird result for Thailand or any of the smaller cities in a country but a nice start. Route Blast |

| There are plenty of online file storage sites around, you can even turn a Gmail account into a storage drive. This one however claims to offer a healthy 10gb of free online storage. I wonder how long it will be free for? You can upload store and share all your digikal stuff here Welcome to Kadoo |

| I send a fair few texts to the UK which I usually use Skype for as its cheaper than AIS. This is a free service for sending texts and as usual there is a catch, its free, no sign up required you just type your details into the browser and text away. The catch is you need to be a Merkin or know someone who lives in Merikee to use it. Send Text Messages for Free - ForeverSMS |

| This might be one for Scampy Fliggo - Create Your Own Video Site Fliggo allows you to create your own video sharing website in seconds. It makes the process very easy by taking care of the technical part. All you have to do is select a title and address for your site, fill out description, choose site template, upload videos and invite friends. You can build a simple private site to share videos with friends, a video blog or a full-featured community video site like YouTube, where other users can upload videos, leave comments etc. MakeUseOf.com |
