The old Megaupload site was better than any torrent sites (as it wasn't dependent on seeders)- it would be great to see it come back, but it will be a long time (if ever) before it could match it's former content.

It looks like that- what may happen is that many uploaders will use the same simple password (or just provide it in their links), which would be perfectly legal to do- that's just a guess, but it would seem easy enough.

the site is HTML 5 - so you need a fully compliant browser for it to work as it is supposed to

firefox , opera and exploder do not have full compliance with HTML5 , thus the message - you could change the user agent on your browser to report as chrome and you will not get the message

But why choose just Mega, there are 100's of others like Filefactory, Uploaded etc.

I looked at all the big sites- none were set up as well (I liked the forum arrangement they had), or had faster download speeds (and the content was amazing- I never found another site that matched them- they used to reward uploaders through a 'points' system so people would upload old and obscure stuff I've never seen anywhere else, especially when it came to TV series)- way better than File Factory, etc.
