Mountain Bike for Sale - Trek 6700 SLR

Mountain Bike for Sale – Trek 6700 SLR

Planning a long holiday and undecided if I’m going to cart my Trek 6700 SLR mountain bike around with me or not. The whole kit, including Shimano clipless pedals and shoes, speedo, mag trainer, and pump set me back about 40k a year or two back.

If anyone is on the look out for a good second hand mountain bike I'll consider any decent offers. Best to contact me via PM.

Some extras that I can throw in

Some extra bits and pieces I can throw in

^ Shimano clipless pedals and shoes (size 45)

^ Speedo (also measures how many revolutions of the pedals per minute, think it is called a cadometer?)

^ Minoura Mag indoor trainer (great for rainy season exercise, and for those that know me it is this that keeps me in such great shape )

Most of JLP's girls have beef curtains like Harley saddle bags so I doubt he'll be too interested

And you would know Wayne. Is there one of my sheilas that you haven't violated? Certainly most of my sheilas have bags like the Mudgee Mail, but that is very unkind to put it in the public arena.

???. Low mileage, no wear, only used by old person with man boobs and huge gut on sundays on the way to temple, usually in the back of the car..

This was quite a serious question Wayne, but seeing you saw fit to reply with a jocular rejoiner, I may have to explain. You see, some people may wish to transport this bike on say an airplane, whereby they would need to reduce it to a more manageable size and enclose it in a bag. I know that there are bags for this purpose. Is there a bag as described for this bike?

Very nice bike mate. I'm a bit gutted its 19" now coz ive been after a decent bike for a while. I love spd's and just stick some off road tyre's on it and it would have been perfect. Just too big for me.

Out of interest, how much does it weigh? My last bike was a beauty, 17" Diamond Axis Pro. Got it down to 21 1/2 pounds.
