There are plenty of dog rescue centres in CM,I am sure they would have helped.
If this is a joke or a load of crap he should atleast have the balls to admit it!!

I think Dean sounds like a bit of a f*ckwit. He should have been put down instead of the animal.
I had a retriever many years ago, it ate me out of house and home,but was great with the kids and their friends, it became one of the family, he was put down at 14 because of arthritis in his back legs when he could not walk.
By the way Dean you should not be allowed to own a dog as an irresponsible owner.
You really have to take a good look at yourself ya wan*er!!!

^Yeah, mine were the same -- completely ruined the house, but lovely dogs. First one lived until 10 when her back legs finally gave out. 2nd one lived until 10 but cancer got her. Our current golden is 12 years old -- an absolutely wonderful dog but her back legs are starting to weaken as well. Breaks my heart that they don't live as long as some dogs, but my childhood has many happy memories because of them.
