    Aircon for sale

    Hey all,

I have a slightly used 35,000 BTU aircon to sell. I bought and had installed this nice unit over a year ago as my landlord would not spring for an AC without a huge rent increase. When I moved last April we de-installed the unit and now it sits. I am building a new house next year and this unit is not suitable for my needs.

The AC is what is termed a California style inside unit with a Mitsubishi compressor unit outside. Total use time was very small as I only used it when it was just unbearable in the living room. The most time in one day of use maybe 12 hours. On average about 30 hours a week for about 6 months before removing to move.

I had the inside unit installed just sitting on the floor as shown in the pic but it could be wall or ceiling installed. Requires a 32 amp breaker for power. Great for a family room or small shophouse.

This picture is of the inside unit.

I can deliver anywhere in the Pattaya-Rayong area. I am asking 15,000 baht.

Drop me a PM if you have an interest.

If you take the time to do the job right the first time you won't need to "find" the time to go back a second time
