This is for the wood metal and concrete tiles, that makes up the building in the picture. we are located in Muang Chiangmai on suerhighway 2 near macro.
This roughly translates to:
5m x 7m building for many different uses.
upstairs loft area.
Real Old Hardwood Teak and redwood some hardwood (variations).
Concrete tiles.
Teak Stairs.
Redwood floor.
Windows.
Insulation.

This building is being replaced with a modern garage and so we are selling this knockdown hoouse, garage outbuilding. A great and great price. any questions welcome.
Some additional pieces of wood can be negotiated also.

The price will be 150,000 badt this includes the building being taken down and ready to be taken away, there can be 5000 badt discount for cash buyer who has thier own transport (145,000 badt).
