2 farang friends of mine have bought houses in the last 4 months, they weren't really bargains, haven't seen many Pattaya estate agents closing down in the past 12 months, property and land is still selling in Pattaya and Jomtien, albeit not to the scale it was 12 months ago, only need 1 person to buy it, last month we had over a million page views and over 120,000 odd unique ips, the odds I think are in favour of it being sold

^You never know till you try, a 100 farang wah piece of land was up for sale about 200 meters down the road, they wanted 800,000baht for it, so my piece for sale is a bargain in that area, the land office value it at 1.8 million, I wish I had the front to put that sort of price on it, I really have no idea where the land office get their prices from though, maybe the boss of the land office owns some land there

So if my calculations serve me correctly (and they often don't) that's around 6,500B per sq.wa. Not a bad price for an area in close proximity to a beach.
