I tryed to find the land today but had no joy,is it beach side or the other side of sukhumvitt,i know there are two Chaiyapruk 2 and i cant find where silk road is to give a better idea which direction to head in.cheers

If it helps, there's a big tree in the middle of the road on the way to the site. I'm fairly sure it's not on the sea-side of Sukhumvit, but I could be wrong.

DD should be along soon to delete this post and talk some sense (unless he's on the whisky).

I think the price may have given that away, beach side you would have to treble or quadruple it, cross sukhumvit, about 2km or less is my turning, just past there is silk village.

to get to my place you need to turn right just before silk village, then take the first left, couple of hundred meters more turn left at the Thai restaurant down the little soi, I own the end plots.

DD,

Managed to find Silk V. on GoggleEarth but the second left at the restaurant got me lost and now I can not find my way back home. Restaurant has cold brews so not to worry.

Any chance for some GE coordinates, I have a hankerin' for some homesteading and like the area you where you are located. Assume you will provide a wall window in order to oogle the beavy of bathing beauties in birthday suits. (another one of my hankerin's)

I am assumming your question is about Silk Village, cant imagine people think it is overpriced as they are zooming ahead with the construction so houses must be selling.

There are 2 markets down by the railway track near Sukhumvit, not sure if there are any near the indoor Stadium end of the road though.

So your place is after the market on the left, you keep going before Silk rd comes up on your right you are just before that ?
