Is that 5500 each or for 100 ???
The fluid is an illegal substance in Thailand.
At that price it is cheaper to carry on with the real thing FFS
True, although right now that's like saying prostitution is illegal in Thailand and there's no hookers to be found on the street.Originally Posted by English Noodles
Selling these products contravenes several laws and will likely get the op deported and black listed from the country for 5 to 10 years.
The 1992 tobacco products control act, the 1967 drugs act and the 1926 customs act can all be used to prosecute the op.
Is Bobo going to change his nick to Delboy ....you know it make sense
Bollocks, the kits are legal.Originally Posted by English Noodles
No they are now illegal, not only the fluid.Originally Posted by Albert Shagnastier

definitely a bit on the Dell boy side of things. Reminds me of the dodgy Russian video cameras he was lumbered with. It sounds like the OP has made a major fcuk up in taking these as payment for a debt.
The kits are legal here.
The juice is illegal but is sold everywhere.
The stuff should be regulated - can be dangerous.
As you say, if there's no nicotine in the liquid its fine.
Here they're just pushing down on display because they don't want kids smoking which is as it should be I reckon.
The Ministry of Public Health seem to think differently. Who told you that the kits have had their illegal status downgraded? They were only made illegal 5 years ago.Originally Posted by Albert Shagnastier
You know what Noodles, the law you you're referring to is one that I've never heard of or seen. Not saying it doesn't exist. However, all forms of e cigarettes and vaporizers are sold in parts of Bangkok. To be honest, it's impossible to make the devices illegal. They're only batteries, wires and bits of plastic. The only pressure on the e cig companies comes from big tobacco.Originally Posted by English Noodles
So are vibrators, but those are illegal too.Originally Posted by Albert Shagnastier
^ exactly, and they'll not stop selling them either.
So are crystal meth, heroin, opium, weed, pepper spray, stun guns, knuckle dusters, pirated DVDs, watches and clothing, hand grenades firearms etc.Originally Posted by Albert Shagnastier
So lets get this right. Just because people openly break Thai law by selling illegal goods on the streets of Bangkok makes it okay for a foreigner to advertise illegal goods for sale on Teakdoor?
Mai pen rai, nobody cares..... Famous last words.
While no doubt it sounds like you go to some pretty mental places I'm just talking about places like MBK, China Town , Bo Bay, Khlong Thom etc. While I see lots of bric a brac and other shit for sale along side them i've never seen any smack. I'll look harder next time
obviously if they are truly illegal then obviously they should only be advertised on craigslist and bahtsold so as not to tarnish the good reputation of The DoorOriginally Posted by English Noodles
That sounds like a great shop.Originally Posted by English Noodles
