    Reminds me of a london hotel my old firm booked me into once - one look at the room and the polish brickies wondering about and I was out sharpish.

    2m - freehold? It is a couple of 3 story shop houses bolted together by the looks of it, yes?

    Not the kinda place I would use BUT to be fair to the guy have some very good reviews on trip advisor .

    I guess the 2.2 mill is for the goodwill ? or I should say the key for the business ? + you have to pay rent every month ,, so effectively you own all the fixtures and fittings ? am I correct ?

    anyway good luck with the sale

    2.2 million Baht seems quite cheap for that area and I would like to see what the council are planning up that end of second road.

    There was some talk about returning the traffic to 2 way on second Rd.

    Anyway what's the monthly rent?

    Cheap, but depends on the rental contract. And in the vid I see some building activity next to the hotel?

    that can all be discussed if you r interested in buying the business, not sure about the 2 way traffic but they are building a load of hotels round this area

    the building activity has stopped now, they made a big hotel so i get a few people also from there as the rooms look straight down onto there

    All occupancy figures and rents e.t.c can be shown if u'd like to setup a meeting about possibly taking over the business, i've spent 3 years building up the guesthouse's reputation its been hard work but i got there we do all english food as well as a laundry service tooand a 24hr bar

    You are correct, rent every month, and u get everything. 2.2 mill is for the location its in also all the websites i've done, clientelle that i've built up over the 3 years, all the staff (if needed) so basically its a turn key business opportunity for some body out there
