| Language School Offering Franchises
We are looking for farangs with Thai wives or girlfriends that are interested in being a franchise owner of a language school in all provinces of Thailand.
The income potential can be as much as 1500 baht an hour with only one teacher for classes and a lot more for private lessons. One of our smallest franchises is bringing in 50,000 baht a month in profit and is only open on Saturdays at the moment. They only have 1 teacher working for them. Work permits can be obtained for foreigners that will teach at each branch.
We are licensed by the department of education already which is an expensive and nearly impossible task to achieve. It can take years to get licensed, if it gets approved at all.
We will train you on what materials to use, what to charge, how to keep records, how to advertise and get students to sign up for classes.
The building you rent must be up to a standard set by the government (ie 2 restrooms, a teachers room, classrooms and an lobby. Your must also decorate your office with same colors that we use. You may not live at the building you use for the school.
You get one 100% of the money you bring in as we only require a yearly payment to be under our license. We may ask for a small fee for national advertising as we grow. The cost of a franchise is low and depends on how much territory you want to lock in. One farang and his wife were shocked and related to me that the cost of a franchise for a school was cheaper than a 5 Star chicken cart franchise their family member bought.
