   | i have so many books on tibet they almost fill up two shelves. Stared collecting them back in 75 on my frist trip thru India and Nepal. There was one great bookstore in Darjeeeling back then that had loads of out of print books. Also Pilgrims bookstore in Thamel has tons of them. Many u cant even find on Amazon. I would love to go back as have nt been since the late 80's and am sure it has changed. Recall the first tme we accidently went in the back door of the Portola and wandered around lost for hours thur rooms that had been totally destroyed and u could still see the black fire burns on the walls.
