Thread: Seoul Duty free

The Seoul airport is a huge and pleasant shopping mall.
I was last there in September and found that like most so-called 'duty-free' shops the prices were as expensive as in their nearby major city centers, in this instance, Seoul. The duty-free is about equivalent to a reduction in sales tax. The only advantage is a wider selection of items available in one spot. Branded sports apparel, I recall, were very, very expensive; and no assurance they were not knock-offs. Caveat emptor....
