You might want to correct your map. The large scale shows it on the north side of H121. The small scale shows it south of H121.

Also it's on the east side of the Ping.

Sold for 7,500,000. Nice home nearing completion on it. The new owners have the requisite style to match the views and locale.

Hi-So eh ? His wife must be Thai Chinese.

Now that you've sold it..I bought 200TW in the same area four years ago for 5000baht/tw. Not fronted on the river though.
