| Create your upscale restaurant, mystic spa, or designer home on your own Mae Ping River dreamscape, just minutes from Chiangmai City Hall, above flood plane with a 5-meter high stone-wall embankment to river’s edge below. Situated on the west side of the river 3.5 km from the bridge on Highway 121, Chiangmai City Hall is just 4 kms from the bridge exit; and only 2.3 back along Chotana Road to the city's superhighway intersection. This ‘Rural-yet-Urban’ chanod-titled plot faces Doi Suthep over the Ping River. Property line is the dual-lane paved highway running along the west side of the river from the city. Electricity lines are at the property edge, the highway. Chanod-titled 470TW at only 18,000 Baht per TW is 8,460,000 Baht. One of Chiangmai’s better-valued properties. | You might want to correct your map. The large scale shows it on the north side of H121. The small scale shows it south of H121. Also it's on the east side of the Ping. |
