    Motorbike rides around Chiang Mai.

Will be spending a lot more time up in the Rose of The North, and will do some small motorbike ride reports as I twist along.

Will be a bit of a slow thread I reckon.

Started off last month with a day ride to the highest point in Thailand, Doi Inthanon.

Went out to the Hotsprings in Cyrille Territory last year, and thought that I gotta get back to some of those rides on me bike.

Saw this on google maps this morning, so off I goes.

    The 3044.

Nice n easy, around 30km long and nice n twisty with the mountains to one side and fields to the other.

Nice streams and nature on the way there.

The main straight to build up speed before entering the twisties.

    Nice one.

Reminds me also, do you (or anyone) know of any decent places for dirt biking in or around CM? For kids though so nothing too gnarly.

Some koont's building a football stadium a few clicks before rejoining the 118.

If you build it, they will come.

Glad you are enjoying being in a greener orbit, my minder from this area which is lovely, hot springs accessible nature, there are some great places for off piste artistes, we hope to enjoy more images of you going round the bend.

Should you get near the Nam Maekhong

Where's the bike pics? you could get a nice long selfi stick and leave your helmet on and have some pics of you and the bike.....

But no, just fuckin pics of lonely random bits of tarmac, apart from the cows.

You're on a Honda Click aint ya?

    Bikes and Babes.....n' other things.
Can't get enough of these traveling sagas, Lu..

Keeps us distracted, as does Dilly's brilliant accompanying photoshopping themes.
Looking forward to more of the same.

    Cheers!!
