CHIANG MAI, 22 April 2016 (NNT) - Lin Hui and Chuang Chuang, the two giant pandas at Chiang Mai Zoo, have enjoyed piles of ice cubes provided to them by Zoo officials as temperatures in the northern province are soaring above 40 degrees Celsius.

The male panda ‘Chuang Chuang’ seemed to enjoy the ice more than his partner ‘Lin Hui’ who mostly sat and ate her food quietly next to him. The two pandas are magnets of Chiang Mai Zoo particularly during school breaks.

The ice was given to the animals in addition to the water spray and air-conditioners installed inside their compound to keep them cool amid summer heat. - See more at: ?????????????????? : Giant pandas at Chiang Mai Zoo frolick in ice amid summer heat
