it's not showing for me
just checked the link again....works fine.
^Basically just gets a couple of digs without landing a single blow, shits himself, and jumps out of the ring like a little pussy.
Anyone remember the video of Nigel (NigelandJan) getting up in the ring a while back?
The Thai fighter wasn't fooling around.
Just the fact the Aussie guy would get in there without wrapping his hands tells the story on how much training he'd had- getting the hell out of the ring was his only correct move.
I like the way the Thai fighter kicks him on his way out the ring. Get outa here stupid farang asshole. Too many jerk offs like this guy hanging around CM now
Hard to follow a hand-held...jumping all over.
Distracting.
Thai's will fvck you up in a fair fight.
The world famous rep comes from an Art created to fight bigger opponents.
Speed and accuracy.
If you have to fight with them (as a farang) your only option is to be merciless and use brute force (Hand, head, ashtray, brick etc)
However.
No need to ever fight with a Thai - they are mellow unless you're an utter cvnt
Much better than some drunk getting up on go go bar stage acting a complete asshole.
i always thought i could take most of them
not so sure now
Nothing to do with size. Muay's strength is in its conditioning training making the fighters body as hard as possible, and it uses a vertical linear attack and defense that allows them to get inside most other arts standard defenses where they can apply the elbow and knee techniques. It's fast and brutal and was designed for warfare not demonstrations of skill.Originally Posted by Albert Shagnastier

Agree with that.
When you go to a pub or nightclub and size up the bouncers on the door always be more wary of the little guy. He has the job for a good reason.
Trained in some boxing. Weight is on the front foot. Vulnerable to sweeps and low kicks against the knee.
Lots of haymakers. Leaves himself open for stepping inside the blow and attacking the body.
Useless in a street fight.
that's why thai boxing is far more useful and is far more thoroughly trained than ordinary boxing as an MMA skillOriginally Posted by Umbuku
sound like dumb welsh lads in that videoOriginally Posted by adzt1
what did that first twat think was gonna happen? he seems shocked that the Thai guy is punching and kicking himOriginally Posted by ch1ldofthemoon
I thought the fat bloke did OK, can't see why he went down either.
...i haven't been in a fight since i was 12 though...

could have won that if he was a bit fitter and could cope with a bit of a girly slap
no chinOriginally Posted by armstrong
punch wobbled his brain and fukked up his senses
way he went down again after trying to get up means he was proper caught
These guys and the guys going on the stage dancing in go-gos, deserve the same treatment.
When the Aussie fella turned his back and was still getting kicked that's when I realised the Thai fella was a kunt.
When you get in the ring, if you're on your feet, you get hit until the bell rings or the referee stops the action- 'turning your back' doesn't stop anything- the Aussie talked shit and got what he asked for- the Thai fighter did what he was supposed to do.
Turning away because you're scared always costs a couple of punches or kicks before the ref steps in- that's the price of doing it.
Muay Thai isn't for pussies.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
