four day trip to chiang mai

hi guys, planning on a four day trip to chiang mai on the 1st may, will be myself, the wife, mother in law and the baby, so will only need one room

can anyone recommend anywhere reasonable, 3 star is o.k. probably a bit central but not too important, won't be doing much drinking so don't need to be near bars, visiting mostly the royal project and other places were there are loads of flowers and stuff like that to see
