Any Ratchaburi expats in this forum?

Guys, i recently went for a few days holiday in Ratchaburi for the first time in my life. I lived 3 years in Samui and i´ve been traveling all over Thailand for many, many years and i always figured i eventually end up building a house in Chiang mai actually. But, this trip to ratchaburi really got me. I really liked it. It seemed cheap, clean, good infrastructure and everything else i´ve been missing in Samui. Fast internet and so on. My wife have some family there and the rest of her family in Bangkok so it would be a good place for us to eventually settle down for half the year. (Future plans). I didnt get to see much in my short time there when it comes to nightlife, restaurants and so on. I will go back there again offcourse but i am just curios. Is there alot of expats there and how is the expat life there? Anybody on this forum that knows alot about Ratchaburi?

I live between Bkk and Nakhon Pathom, you are then a few km more west for Ratchaburi, this is after Nakhon Pathom...

I know one person wanting to sale some land over there, god location and good price, but i do not had any interest and did not dig deeper, if you need such info i can PM you the contact details of the person...
