    Book Stores Used/New in English

    Hi

I live in PaMok between Ang Thong and Ayutthaya and I'm looking for a book store that sells books in English. When I lived in Pattaya there were several Used Book stores where you could trade in your old books as well as buy and sell them. I really prefer used books due to the cost.

I figure Ayutthaya is my best bet.

I have about 30 novels fairly recent by English and American authors I'd liked to trade. Maybe someone knows of a local group where I could trade books with others.

    Thanks - Spence

If you're looking for variety and selection [new, used, specific]....Bangkok is your best bet.

Chock-a-block with bookshops of every description and flavour.....many hidden jewels.

With intelligent web searches, one can locate nearly everything.

Book clubs and the such are also varied in the nasty city.

Travel into bangkok once a month, it's not like you'll read more than 30 books a month, is it?

Get that from Fight Club didja? Quality and price comparison with similar products available in the usual Thai outlets: IKEA wins hands down.

    Billy bookshelves forever!
