GH Bank providing mortgage loans for expat Thais

It seems that gh bank have been implementing Government policy yet again and are trying to offer mortgages to Thai's who are no longer resident in Thailand so they can finance the purchase of property in Thailand.

It seems however that if you want to progress with this mortgage you have to go through a 3rd party agency who do the paperwork.... hum.

Mrs Jardine having her own income and thinking about expanding her property portfolio is interested, has anyone had experience of this scheme, agency or bank in general?
